We fully evaluate each instrument that comes into this shop. We do this at No Charge - unless you do not use our recommended services. In that event, there will be a small fee to cover our time on the bench assessing your instrument.

We thoroughly and professionally analyze current body conditions, current set-up dimensions, electronics, tuners, frets, EVERYTHING!

We provide you a written PDF of our findings and pictures to help you understand exactly what we're discussing in the report. At the end of that report is our recommendations and pricing to bring your instrument up to professional standards.
